"Well, based on the news, it seems that Russia is likely to prepare for an offensive in a week and a half or two," she says.
She goes on to explain that this urgency is driven by Kyiv's ongoing efforts to secure tank and fighter jet supplies from Western countries for Ukraine.
"It appears that way, but they probably want to do it before Ukraine receives tanks. Today, Ukraine is going to France and Belgium, requesting aviation as well."
"They were initially requesting tanks, and now they are seeking aviation."
Continuing the conversation, the woman sought to determine the specific timeframe for her husband or boyfriend's deployment in an offensive operation. The soldier’s responses can not be heard.
"So, were you told when you'll be deployed to the zero positions [the front line nearest the fighting], or is it still uncertain? In the coming weeks or a week or two? I'm not sure," she asks.
She added that at the start of the war, there was an option to avoid or refuse deployment to zero positions, unlike the current situation, where "everyone will move forward like a herd of sheep."

"Do you remember how, at the beginning, everyone was sent in there, right? But if you resisted, you could stay alive. Now, everyone is being ordered to the front, and they're all moving forward like a herd of sheep."
While the authenticity of the call has not been confirmed, both Ukrainian, Russian and independent sources confirm Russia is suffering huge losses right now, with the daily rate of soldiers killed approaching an all-time high.
Further, Kyiv Post recently interviewed Maria* who described what it’s like to work as one of Ukrainian Intelligence’s professional eavesdroppers and the shocking things they hear.
Russian media regularly dismisses the content of the calls, saying Ukraine is faking them, a claim Kyiv Post put to Maria. She said: "Yes, they all are real even though they might seem insane. Sometimes I can’t believe the words I’m listening to myself, but we have what we have."
