Under heavy new attack from Russia’s intensified missile and drone attacks on their cities, Ukrainians remain heroically unbreakable in spirit and determination to defeat, with the democratic world’s support, their savage northern neighbor.
Here is but one example – from the Black Sea city of Odesa, which Putin considers to be “Russian”. Because of its crucial port infrastructure, it has taken more than its share of battering from Russian air attacks.

One of the latest casualties in the city was 29-year-old Olesia Puzerevych who was killed in the Russian missile attack on Odesa on Dec. 29.
Earlier, the beautiful young patriot had left Melitopol district of the Zaporizhzhia region, which has been occupied by Russian invaders. Her T-shirt expresses her pride on being Ukrainian.

But even as death and destruction rain down on them, Ukrainians, be it in Kharkiv, Kherson, Kriviy Rih, Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa , or elswher, are all the more determined to defend their country, its history, culture and democracy, and, with the support of the democratic world, to drive the Russian invaders out.
