The Center for National Resistance (CNR) has reported that the Russian army is forcibly mobilizing local residents in the temporarily occupied territories of southern Ukraine.
The report says that in the occupied settlements of the Kherson region, more than one case of a summons being issued to local Ukrainian residents has been recorded.

The occupiers are understood to be using a scheme whereby local men come to the military enlistment offices of the occupation authorities upon a request to “clarify data” and are issues with an on the spot “ticket to the army.”
Despite mobilization of residents in occupied territories being in violation of international law, the CNR, which records Russian war crimes, published information that the Russians have created so-called “federal commissariats” in the temporarily occupied Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions.
“All this indicates Moscow's intention to destroy the Ukrainians,” the CNR noted.
