The Russian military continues to use terrorist methods and conducts daily attacks on the civilian population in the southern and eastern Regions of Ukraine.
On July 28, the Russian Federation again attacked the civil population in the center of Kharkiv and a Mykolaiv bus stop. Early numbers indicate five killed and 14 wounded.

The head of the Mykolaiv military administration, Vitaly Kim, commented on the Russian attacks:
“Yesterday, Russians shot at a city district – an ordinary one-story house. There aren’t any military objects there. Today they shot into another district, next to the public transport stop,” he said.
According to Kim, there are at least four dead and seven wounded civilians in Mykolaiv.
During the last 24 hours, the Russian invaders inflicted 22 missile strikes and ten artillery strikes in the Mykolaiv Region,
Ukraine’s Centre for Strategic Communication reported Russian troops attacked Kharkiv in the morning. Three explosions were recorded in the central part of the city: an industrial facility was damaged, and a fire broke out. Preliminary reports indicate seven people were injured, and one person died.
During the past month, the Russian military has targeted the civilian population of Ukraine unsparingly, regularly launching missile attacks on residential areas and shopping centers.
Russians hit crowded places in peaceful cities so that as many people as possible are affected. The bloodiest Russian attacks were the center of Vinnytsia -26 killed, the Kremenchuk shopping center – 20 killed, and Kramatorsk train station – 52 killed.
